good profit, good token: a talk at ETHPrague 2026

I gave a talk at ETH Prague called Good Profit, Good Token - Building the Next Era of Crypto Businesses.

It's 25 minutes, and it's the spoken version of the longer piece I wrote on this.

The premise: over the past 10 years, crypto drifted from infra hype to governance tokens to memecoins. Along the way we eroded the original use case of tokens entirely: fundraising vehicles.

The future belongs to businesses with real revenue models, and tokens that distribute actual shareholder value.

In the talk I walk through concrete examples of teams already doing this. Not theory. Companies that have quietly been running this playbook for years, while everyone was looking somewhere else.
